I've been in this since 2008. They have always done it this way and long term it doesn't hurt at all. Never has. The AUd:USD pair have an 8c spread in any measured year. Swings and roundabouts. Sorry but I think you are whinging about the wrong thing here it's a non issue.
The issue is and has always remained, the control shangang has over the company, and the limitations placed.
I've been in this since 2008. They have always done it this way...
