Ion have an option for 70% only of Lincoln Springs so the most we will ever have is 70%......but remember
Phase 1=40% ....so 40% of 70% = 28%
Phase 2 = 70%
Phase 3= 100%
I have converted all phase 1 in to cash as the sp is known for the shares.

Phase 1 = $1,085,000 plus $500k spend on exploration before being able to move to phase 2......so effectively $1,585,000 to earn 28% of the Lincoln Springs and 40% of the others.

Phase 2 = cash $310,000 + $1,500,000 spend on exploration.....
shares $550K worth at the 30 day VWAP
So far our spend is $3,945,000 for
100% of Ashburton
49% of Lincoln Springs and
100% Julia Crk which looks like no work at all has been done on.

Phase 3 =cash 150k + $250K for Ashburton licence being granted [ outright purchase]
Shares =$1,050,000 at 30 day VWAP
So for 70% of the flagship project, Lincoln Springs, with a couple of pretty lame looking potentials on the side we will be up for a grand total of
$5,395,000
It does not look like a bargain to me. aimo DB
