So looks like the rejection reason in the public sphere, if the article is indeed correct, is the group of SH doing the Section 249D now own less than 5% of shares.

While I am here, will also put my earlier posts here around the reverse takeover proposal we essentially have here. Like @anatol I see positives and negatives but I am sitting on the fence with splinters as to which is more the influencing factor.
