I am very much surprised  by the new acquisition. It is actually a reverse takeover. I think it is very interesting and positive for the shareholders.

• The most important and positive part of this anns is that GK has finally accepted to step down and give the control to business professionals. I believe that happened because of the pressure put by the shareholders including the 249D RMs.
• The 2nd positive part of the anns is about entering the cobalt and vanadium space.
• The 3rd positive part is the projects are in Australia.
• The 4th positive part is the new directors look good to me. We will learn about them more later in the future.
• And, GPP will commence drilling for Lincoln Springs Project on October 2018

The negative parts or the questions remaining;

• There will more dilution
• No mention of Morabisi and OHD projects. I still believe these are good projects.
• Are they going to farm out Morabisi?
• Are they going to find new partner(s) for OHD project.
