Well, I think all this action shows how much the market (rightly or wrongly) prefers government offtake (clearly freaked out at any speed bump along the way, despite there being plenty of other legitimate market options live and possible).
It also shows how many traders in the stock. UK especially.
The disappointing thing is that a very positive resource upgrade is likely to fall on deaf ears in a soured environment (soured only because there was a hiccup in the process and the traders turned it into a significant negative event). Unfortunatley it is going to take a while now for the market to positively appreciate a). the other pathways to market and commercial opportunities that currently exist. and b). (hopefully) that the hiccup in the process is dealt with as indicated in the announcement and all is as positive as before. Looks like a while before we really see a leg up in the share price.
In my view the situation has been very poorly managed, as fundamentally this is not that significant.
