Correct, pay like this should be results based. In a lot of industries, staff receive a salary, plus a bottom line commission. Why shouldn't this be any different ? If he has no incentive to get out and make a good profit, why would he really push himself ??? Its human nature

I do believe in this stock though saying this... I think long term sticking it out.. I am optimistic we will all get a good return on our investments

Lets hope with all mums and dad investors here that 2016 brings much better news. At the end of the day, markets go up and down... but the world keeps turning.. people still need resources, wars will be fought, economies rise and fall.
