Seems to be a bit weird that NCM and AMG couldn't even agree on terms on what they could/couldn't talk about, and what each party was prepared to share in the way of information pretty vanilla non-disclosure templates are all that is required. A failure to agree on the terms of engagement usually means that one party wanted all the info from one side of the fence, without giving any info about the other side of the fence! Its up to us to speculate about who was or wasn't prepared to share their own data.
