You go ahead and abstain and giftcontrol of GCR to HQ at the extrusiating price of $0.005.

Check the posts on HRR to see how critical I am of the HRR management.

But having read the GCR announcements, if I were a GCR shareholder, I would welcome HRR on the register to oppose the Board control that HQ do easily was gifted.

Wake up and smell the copper.

With the MD and Chairman opposing the HQmotion, what do you thing will happen to them if HRR motion is defeated and HQ substantially increases its voting power together with their now Board majority.

Again, you go ahead and abstain and make HQ's day a gifted one.

In my opinion you have a better chance to see $0.01 with HRR as the seconds largest shareholder.

Even if HQ end up with circa 48% of the votes, they only have to buy 2% under creeping provisions to gain total supremecy.

Then you will have the pleasure of the last person to turn of the lights for all shareholders other then HQ.
