Why would you abstain from voting if in reality you have some concerns.
Look at Heron's latest announcement and recommendation of today to GCR shareholders.

You might think that HRR needs to "sharpen the pencil" but by the same token it is Heron who has awoken the baby (GCR) from its coma and it appears that HQ Mining, in its attempts to starve the baby from oxygen (funds) ...HQ have suddenly been forced to find some funds and show some interest.

These overseas outfits take a position of obtaining a major shareholding then become non contributors and wait like predators until the share price reaches an all time low........and BINGO!!!

I believe with some surety which of the two, HRR and or HQ Mining are going to change things for the better for GCR holders.
HQ Mining obviously had no intention of progressing GCR until such time as it suited HQ and the spoils ripe for the picking.

If GCR holders do not vote Heron, no changes of any significance for the better are likely in the future.

GCR holders licking wounds and or concerned for the future should make sure they vote because HQ have a great head start.
