Strange time to make an announcement, day before the EGM when everyone has already put in their proxies. Like Gillard making a huge spending committment the day before the election.... (would not suprise me)... that incumbents have to wear.

To be honest mate, I cannot pronounce Kyrgyzstan, I cannot spell Kyrgyzstan unless I cheat and copy it, and did not know where it was until a rough map was kindly provided by SXX. The car GPS did not know either so I could be forgiven.

So I cannot comment on it at all.

Do you know if they have electricity there, cars and roads? What about cheap labour from the old Soviet Gulags perhaps?
