I must state that some of the delays to commencement of milling have not been the result of Empire. The Mines Department in Kalgoorlie have been exceptionally zealous, and this has resulted in delays to Maximus' progress at the mill.

However, these issues have been quickly addressed, and this is why I am confident that Burbanks will commence processing in the coming week.
We are expecting to make announcements in the coming weeks confirming our timing and plans.

Maximus need ERL as much as ERL needs Maximus
