For sure it is...most stocks struggle my plan will be to take advantage if it does
Besides being cheap there is added incentive for holders taking up the options imo.....so win win...also we get surprise news from other play going on and really this could see many old holders in the green
Still nothing wrong with staggering buys around till 10cents plus becomes the norm...imo anyway
