Just called Commsec and their share registry then the company directly, Garry's too busy to answer any phone calls, no announcements regarding a TH with the ASX or any broker but it trades pre open, as of 1.46pm EST. My best guess is its something regarding the S3 XT trade and an increase or decrease in a one of big substantial holders.
