I've been playing with lithium since feb and that has run on hype and "the fear of missing out" the whole time, 2 stocks I wanted to buy took off to crazy levels, one I had an open buy for 4months before it got hit (brexit vote) meanwhile it had tripled, the locals (hot copper) weren't to happy with the fall from grace but it did provide an excellent buy opportunity and last week the S/P quadrupled so it's been cast aside for now in exchange for cash.
the other quadrupled days after I thought it was a one trick pony, 2 months later the S/P halved which also provided an excellent buy opportunity but only after a phone call to the company revealed a deal was about to be done, 3 weeks later deal was announced to the market and the S/P quadrupled again and this was also cast aside for cash.
these two stocks are very different to the story here though, we are now gold producers with a massive resource, and that is expected to grow considerably next year with cash from mining providing funding for further drilling and exploration, all very compelling and that is why I haven't implemented the free carried strategy yet, I'm in no hurry to buy or sell but I do have a couple of stocks that will be great short term trades while WWI reaches it's potential.
