How would a company split operate if the Gold JV with SBM were to succeed.
Is it merely floated with existing SH's receiving a handout from shares held.
Do they get options or a similar reward for holding APC shares.
Any info welcomed.
Also what level of float raising $$ would
Be likely ie. 10mill with 100m shares
