Unfortunately you are comparing apple with lemon.

Boddington is located in the dry part of Western Australia with plenty of infrastructure support.. No flooding or forest destruction to worry about.. Certainly not comparable !

You should compare with an exiting gold mine near by in the Amazon regions.. You can pick TRY or BDR for a better comparison if you like...
