    I see there's a court appearance pending over a Brazilian mining scandal that emptied out some gullible 'investors' in the leafy suburbs of Brighton, Melbourne. A classic pump and dump, Hot Copper even gets a mention.

    'Sophisticated' investors, online forums, spruiking on HC and at the end of it all, 'a worthless patch of jungle'.

    A weekend read.
