    As per my previous post the number of samples down a drill hole allows the gold distribution to be known, this is standard resource definition drilling. The average grade can then be determined by adding together the grades of the individual intervals and dividing by the number of intervals (if the intervals are all of the same length). If the company tries to bulk sample an entire 50m hole, as seems to be intimated by your post, I'll be very suspicious to the point of selling. Hopefully just at the point when others are buying on the "spectacular" results.

    If there is 300g/t gold practically all through the body of the target rock, as you, I and others are hoping for, then it should occur at that grade roughly on avergae in every metre of sample down the hole. Esh
