Eloquently put CUB, the hanging wall of all past & present mined nickel orebodies in WA have been notoriously weak leading to in some cases massive dilution. The only one i can think of that was different was Carnilya Hill just outside Kambalda where the orebody was turned upside down. (Basalt hanging wall, Serpentine footwall ). Nova,s orebody and its unique structure will in the future be a licence to print money. It is a pity that it doesnt lend itself to an open cut scenario due to depth, but early days in exploration, we might find an open cut yet.
