Cashedupbogan, you say the only risk to SIR production is messing up the mine plan..you obvoiusly are a rookie with no experience in mining
Heres some more risks for you:-
- full mining grades dont match drill grades
- np collapses in 2017 in time for mine opening
- capex costs blowout tp $1B instead of $470M as in SIR DFS, very likely
- unionised labour goes on strike or want 30% pay rises so you 60 baggervrich guys have to pay the workers more instead of yourselves..dont forget tall poppy syndrome
- the shorters take your sp on full ball like they did fmg, ago, ncm, slr, etc etc
- delays and breakdowns at building stage, delay in start dates
- not meeting the high production, income guidance predicted by the market darling analysts
- the lawyers, work accidents, plant shutdowns, builders variation claims..
mine sites that have historically produced already gone through this wringing.
As for wet dreams, yeah a wet dream is great until the real girl actually shows up and your done in 5 seconds in your pjs. Its much harder to have a marriage n long term relationship than a wet dream.
Sorry I thought sir was after a long term mining precinct not a fly by night wet dream...so your comments show your still trapped at the 50c mentality, not the$.70 hard slog reality in mining n building mentality...the wet dream ended at $5 years ago n its time you allgrew up n stopped acting like teenage boys and more like 60 yo real experinced men...like rob dennis
Sorry rob dennis but youve got a lot of work to do here just changing mind sets let alone building the mine declines and staff rooms etc... you arent superman, not even he can change a teenagers long past wet dream which can turn into a lifetime nightmare.
The wet dream ended years ago n you still keep trying to redream it.
