mate - Windarra has 25 years of broken production, it is and always has been a swing producer reliant on high nickel prices to offset low grades and high mining costs associated with poor ground conditions and high ground water. It may have sparked the Nickel boom but it is a dog. That is a fact.
Nova is a geological FREAK. A mining engineers', geologists', and metallurgists' WET DREAM. From a technical POV the only likely risk to the project is effing up the plant design or construction - which is minimal as the process stream is a simple one.
