Well after yesterday's mini dump it was great to see some bidders come into VEI and a bit of accumulation step up in the higher 60's. Those 2mil at 65 are the same as the 600k that were there yesterday. I don't think VEI has the profile to entertain 400 small buyers all at 65 cents. Looks to me that someone is accumulating this one whilst trying to stay under the radar.

To tell you the truth I sold a few in the last week but with that depth, the lower debt, cash in the back, acquisitions around the corner and a 1.25cent Divi on confirmed 14/15 results I'll be holding the remainder and will buy any break.
