The court costs have nothing to do with the minister. I don't really understand how CIO can be penalised for a ministerial decision.
Getting rid of the mine is getting rid of a potential few million $. I'd prefer they fight to hang onto it rather than AP walking away with shareholders investment value for nothing.
I can't imagine for one second that this is the sole focus of the coy. I'm sure it isn't preventing them from executing any deals that may be coming up, despite any view to the contrary on here. Better to have both.
