My understanding is CIO lost, which means it goes back to the current Minister to decide on who gets it. If we appeal the decision and win, we'd get it, but hard to think they appeal the decision. I assume it'll go back to the Minister and then hopefully we don't spend much chasing it, the tenement might stop dilution but we should be focusing on growth and other ways to raise capital. Certainly no expert in terms of understanding the process but that's my take. Anyone view it differently?
