Don't think I've misrepresented anything. You don't have a valuation at all but a couple of million is out of the question. I don't feel wronged at all. Just rather read logic and reasoning. Please show me what you think the ground might be worth to another coy such as RED. Because if you have no idea what the ground is worth, then how could you possibly determine that it isn't worth pursuing? Not that the opinion of you or I matters one iota.
