How did I come to that conclusion? Because there's not now a mine sitting on it, and Leopard dwindled away into the sort of empty shell that allowed CIO to use it for a backdoor listing. I didn't say there will never be anything worthwhile found there. But thus far, the lack of a mine is a pretty good indicator what's been turned up to date hasn't blown anybody's socks off.
I have no idea what the ground is worth. Whatever some prospector is willing to throw at a bit of unproven ground with "potential" I suppose. But I'd be amazed if it's anything like some of the figures being thrown about. How much of CIO's meagre funds do we want to throw away chasing that particular dream?
