My opinion only.
If the Graphite produce is SYR take that over PEN atm.
For PEN wait for the actual turn.
At a minimum you (we) need to know the result of the refinancing on the convertible notes.
At that point you will know what terms a very experienced (tough) third party is willing to come at.
All very well for PEN to boom we've got beaucoup cash.
The re-financier is going to show us what (reduction in pain) that gets us.
