Oh, and it's constructive to rebut the constant stream of unsubstantiated upramping drivel that is the PEN forum. All the experts with a never-ending supply of new theories to explain why PEN never seems to get over the line. DOE, Trump, Kazakhstan, LT contracts, hedgebook, low pH chemistry silver bullet, winter, geology, Karoo value, NYSE listing, revenue streaming facility, etc. All excuses to hide one simple truth. They stuffed it up and they are being punished.
There is a future for uranium but PEN is not the best vehicle.
