My question for anyone who thinks the U market has bottomed as I'm certainly thinking at the moment.
Why don't they sell the entire hedgebook?
They can't produce enough and costs are to high anyway currently, why not just sell the entire hedgebook and ramp production to be as efficient as possible?
If they wait and prices go to over the hedgebook price and they haven't sorted production they are dead in the water anyway.
A no brainer decision longterm IMO which makes me nervous to dip my toes in FINALLY after watching this for several years.
Would love a decent answer remembering that even if they didn't do what I've suggested they will still be ramping production but are skating the line of a capital raising as any rise in spot price reduces the value of the hedgebook.
Seems to me to be getting bloody close to a great buying opportunity........
Ps: sentiment on HOLD as I'll I wont post buy without actually having done it but that's where I'm leaning.
