Yes the best you usually get is large global insto bought xyz - however in this instance most long term sharholders know of the land that they bought in NT - if they have flicked that for a profit - plus they manage the operation on usual term then that is a win win for us. We get the extra 27 million to play with for plantation buybacks etc and we clip the ticket every year on management fees etc .. I suppose if you detail the terms for shareholders it would potentially make the buyer look a bit stupid paying 27 million for a 5.5 million dollar Station plus an Idea.. Unlike Gold mines - our trees grow with time - time is our friend with demad increasing with time and prices rising. I think we will be much better off in 12 months time next harvest and buyback, more oil in the trees etc.
