I’ve got $150,000 (@.005) reasons to try & be an expert on this company.
As they said they were placing it to professional/sophisticated investors and with the directors taking up over $600,000 worth of stock between them, you’d hope they would wait until a higher level to start off-loading wouldn’t you? Only time will tell
