Capital versus cashflow. IF they could have held on to the farm for "organic" fodder it would have been a good move given the rising cost of fodder, let alone it being organically approved. However they have no capital headroom and just purchased another farm for some future "organic" milk production largely on debt they have to exit this one to keep the bank happy. Keep in mind this newly purchase farm wont yield any milk for some time yet so it will impact a desperate cash-flow even further.Yet another alarming indicator that AHF does not have the financial wherewithal to do what it trots out to the media ad nauseum.
