Pray tell how do you know this as fact with such certainty? - are you an AHF board member, senior executive, employee? or maybe an advisor to AHF? or have a direct line to the agent handling the sale?

Or are you possibly the buyer of the property?

Or are you just surmising an optimistic outcome on little factual knowledge?

Surely what you have posted is ASX market sensitive information that would not be available to the general public unless announced by AHF through the correct channels
