For the record the following is an extract from the Jemena  May 2018 Investor Update Page 7 showing the Jemena ownership structure.

• I think it highly unlikely that Jemena will be taken over.

• As things stand the extension of the Northern Gas Pipeline from Mount Isa to Wallumbilla is well into FEED (Front End Engineering Design which has been prioritised and is being done in parallel with the Glenaris reserve certification) ) which will be followed by FID (Final Investment Decision).

• The  Northern Gas Pipeline extension to Wallumbilla (NGP2)  will connect to the existing Northern Gas Pipeline (NGP1) which should be ready to accept first gas during December 2018.

• A spur line off NGP2 will provide the pathway to market for Galilee Energy gas.
