re: Ann: GIR: Giralia -Takeover Bid by Atlas ... It took a little while although I have finally completed an entire reading of the takeover bid by Atlas.
And I agree with the directors of Giralia. Shareholders should accept this offer unless a superior offer is proposed, which I doubt will happen.
This should make for a very successful and profitable marriage.
