In the quarterly they have $749k and they are "looking to finalize plans for additional capital in the December qtr".
Whats everyone's guess? To raise enough to actually participate in a well they'll probably have to complete a consolidation and a huge capital raising.
They could farm down their share in exchange of enough money to keep them going and participate or be free carried through a well. This is certainly my favorite option as a current holder, and perhaps with cooper seeming to already have a relationship they could get it done quickly.

although we could be completely bought out for only a fraction of the drilling commitment anyway, so who knows
