What a great appointment.( No doubt there for COE interest)
A man of great experience.
BAS is no longer in the dreadful category.


Mr. Gordon currently serves on the Board of Cooper Energy as Executive Director – Exploration and Production. Mr Gordon is a very successful geologist with over 35 years' experience in the petroleum industry. Mr Gordon was previously Managing Director Somerton Energy until it was acquired by Cooper in 2012. Previously he was an Executive Director with Beach Energy Limited where he was employed for more than 16 years. In this time Beach Energy experienced significant growth and Mr Gordon held a number of roles including Exploration Manager, Chief Operating Officer and, ultimately, Chief Executive Officer.
Mr Gordon’s previous employers also include Santos Limited, AGL Petroleum, TMOC Resources, Esso Australia and Delhi Petroleum Pty Ltd.

I have followed BAS for years even had shares when they hit 70 cents way back and watched  the booty disappear.

I watch with interest now.
