FX from having a quick look, ERL has a PMP and permit to mine in place, which is significantly further advanced than TMX. They has also completed a feasibility where as TMX have not even started as far as I can see? Not trying to be too negative just stating facts.

Also I see ERL have just done a small cap raising but not the funds to go mining just to move the road and working cap which leaves them still the task of raising enough to mine. TMX have all this in front of them and while gold is booming I'm sure the banks still don't want to know juniors, the likes of the millionaires factory is generally unaffordable and with a market cap well under $5m its not viable to try any decent sort of raising. Which leads me to me original point-

They need motivated, innovative and entrepreneurial management to make this thing fly. Do we have that?

I have not seen the tie up between the two companies can you point it out to me please?
