Ann on SPP success should be due, participation rate was supposed good but not sure the $15k was everyone's option.
Interestingly Bots gave BPO a bit of a tickle this morning with 2 trades of 9240 heads at .017 [these would have an effective costafter brokerage [if bots had to pay brokerage] above SPP .018. Bots tend to indicate broker interest, as sister SLA had some morning movement too something could be up. [or not]
