I agree that SG is an astute man, after his turnaround of Orchard (?). There is bound to be something here in this latest deal to benefit GGP shareholders.
Just out of curiosity though; one post has complained about SP drop from 30c to 3c over the years. Anyone know if that was that under SG's watch?
