Sasa, you hit the nail on the head with directors interests being put in same boat as us.

There is still a lot of questions over longevity of new entity and how long the dividends may keep coming for, but again directors have a stake in this longevity also. I noted hedging of sales are exceptional too.

Worst case scenario I think is no more than two years dividends, which still repays a big chunk of current share value. Within two years there should be additional value for our head stock holding.

I expect this will be a win win for us all but we need exposure to ideas and thoughts of those who may have been through this type of demerger previously.

I still can't get it out of my head that GGE have a plan to expand and are just shedding the shackles to free
up cash to get in on something.

A strong reference in the plan to unlocking shareholder value and further strong references to Australia and ASX really indicate to me that they want to move to onshore Aussie projects. $3mill will really open door to some Aussie action and there is no way they do not have some negotiations under way already. There are some very undervalued projects here in Australia and really not a lot of players with cash running around.
