Mat, NV and WK are in the same proximity but Abita in a different area. Also I think there needs to be an O&G asset maintained to meet asset test etc for nature of business. Only guessing here but possibly if new venture brought in this could be sold after change made which would make sense. If you have a look at some of the past ann's the operator on Abita has changed and this may be insightful but I'm only clutching at straws at this time.
As always just my opinion, whilst I have followed closely it doesn't mean I have any more clue than anyone else.
