Much easier to raise funds and build the mine. It is in principle excellent news. What it means for the respective shareholders remains to be seen but I expect it will be fairly amicable with GGB slightly ahead due to their cash. AZX will find it hard to match this cash but I expect they will have to if they want 50% of BBG.
