The Indian government is committed to increasing CNG usage and has a ready supply of Iranian gas nearby.
It will soon have the means of economically having this gas delivered thanks to GEV's Optimum technology - and I dare say it's a hell of a lot cheaper than bringing LNG from the US.
Either way, we're talking about probably 3 years till GEV has a ship on the water.
At least GEV's ships will have the ability to sail to different markets as required unlike the (much higher) sunk costs involved in setting up an LNG plant that is not mobile and lacking the flexibility of the GEV business model.
