Striebs, how do you define "pretty soon"?
You are "drawing attention to the way across the whole market good news triggers sell offs...", yet the problem as I see it is that GEV hasn't reported anything of consequence in far too long; and what it has anticipated reporting, hasn't been reported.
It also seems to me as though there is a seller, not necessarily a forced seller, sitting on the stock; but it doesn't seem to be in anticipation of a CR that could be as far away as 12 months away.
Don't forget that MB is one of the largest shareholders of the company and wouldn't want to be diluting at low levels, especially when there is no need to.
