If I may chime in, Driftwood LNG or Tellurian, has announced they will start construction 2nd quarter 2019. They didn't say "were looking for customers" or "we need another 6 mpta". They(police dpt, police jury, Louisiana dept transportation, Chamber of Commerce) have already started planning the truck routes to mitigate traffic congestion.
Point is: why does Brandless LNG keep promised yet doesn't produce? Not due to lack of opportunities. Driftwood will be a $15.2B export facility. There site will be 1.7 miles as a pelican flies from the other struggling facility.
