An imminent placement is the only explanation I can come up with as to why this stock wont bump.
+2 million forecast spend this quarter leaves us with ~1.5m at Dec 31.
Need to chip up imo and hopefully at much higher prices, but I doubt it.
Hopefully we get a look in at any discounted placement or MB pulls out a xmas rabbit.
An imminent placement is the only explanation I can come up with...
