    The testing of all facets of a new method of transporting CNG is now complete.
    The detailed plans from which the selected shupyard will manufacture the ship are complete.
    The formal ABS approval, which is the equivalent of FDA approval for a drug but is the ONLY approval required for worldwide acceptance, is very near and a formality.
