What of the complete bias shown by the government ?
Of a Government writing off a company's assets, without discussion ?
Breaching commercial agreeements ?

The writing is on the wall. It's clear the VIC government has no appetite to discuss or respond to a LKO given this was asked on the 15th May.

Question is whether they can perform this action and determine the wells abandoned when this has not been indicated by LKO and is the contrary based on depositions for the current matter before the justice !!!

If the judge gets wind of this it'll show the utter contempt of any legal or court system. Yet aren't the government the very people responsible for upholding the law ?
