Be a producer straight away/ Cash flow
Have the funds to ramp up production to 20 TJ as well as exploring there own as well as Armour's prospects including the Uganda blocks which area has an 80% discovery rate
Then being taken over for a pricey sum with quiet a bit of M+A action in the Gas stocks of late
So SH can pop the bubbly
Makes practical sense and a smart way to use the cash (Big if there is a cash settlement) anyway more will be known within 2 weeks now
whether they have to wait till 2020, election or rebuild and start again
